Easy Energy Balls
What you need:
½ cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup of rolled oats
½ cup flax seed meal
½ cup mini chocolate chips


Directions:

  • Combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Once mixed, add rolled oats, flax seed and chocolate chips.
  • Scoop approximately 1 TBS and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil or parchment paper.
  • Place in the freezer for an hour.
  • Enjoy! Keep extra balls in the freezer for up to three weeks 😊
